Rank ‘em: college basketball forwards

Over the past 20 years, there have been some phenomenal college basketball players. None more polarizating that Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Anthony Davis and Zion Williamson. Where do YOU ranks these players in order based solely on their respective college careers?

UTEP vs. Southern Utah pick against the spread

Today we head back to The Basketball Classic for 2nd round action. We have UTEP again taking on Southern Utah. Check out the video below to see who I like and why.

Washington St. vs. SMU pick against the spread

No video today but that does NOT stop this content train. Today we head over to the 2nd round of the NIT where SMU hosts Washington State. The Mustangs are the #1 overall seed in the NIT and look to show why they are the favorite to win the entire tournament. They score 74.6 points per game and are led by senior guard Kendric Davis. Davis averages 19.5 ppg this season along with 4.6 assists. SMU also has a pretty underrated defense, only allowing opponents to shoot less than 40% from the field (39.9 to be exact.) Combine these factors with the fact that this game will be played on SMU’s home court and I dont think Wazzou stands a chance of covering this spread, let alone winning the game. So I’m taking SMU (-3) to roll in this one.
